Growing Changes work with all ages of children from birth to adult. Children with the following medical conditions are regularly treated with occupational therapy:

  • Sensory Processing Disorders
  • Autism
  • Pervasive Developmental Disorders
  • Attention Deficit Disorder
  • Birth Injuries
  • Speech and Language Disorders
  • Traumatic Injuries (brain or spinal cord)
  • Learning Disabilities
  • Developmental Coordination disorder
  • Mental health or Behavioral problems
  • Developmental Delays
  • Spina Bifida
  • Cancer
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Cerebral Palsy

Children develop at varying rates, which is completely normal. However, a certain percentage of children may experience mild developmental delays that can affect their ability to carry out tasks in their everyday life. Early intervention can address delays when compared to peers and provide children with greater success to reach their full potential.

“Growing changes has been an absolute blessing for our family. Rebecca Summach with her intense knowledge, experience and education into Sensory Processing Disorder and Dyspraxia, allowed her to come into our home and our son’s school and provide immediate supports and resources that have changed our lives so positively.”
